IMO, people with LinkedIn profiles only have them because either management, or marketing, told them to open the account and post.

I read a post regarding the upcoming SCOTUS/Roe decision. Regardless of your position on the topic, it wasn't meant for a professional networking channel. It was personal, judgmental, and vindictive. I considered speaking up to complain about the ill-conceived placement, but knew it wouldn't matter.

It's frustrating. Reminds me of sports. I watch to simply enjoy the escapism of a game, but that's no longer possible there, too.
